Before departure

One to two weeks before your holiday, you will receive your travel documents with all the essential information about your stay. This will include the address of your holiday home, villa, or apartment, details on where to collect the keys, and your expected arrival time. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help!

During your stay

All accommodations on this website are either managed by us or carefully selected through trusted rental agencies. This means there is always a local office or representative nearby to assist you. If you have any questions or if something isn’t right, help is always available.

Extra services

Do you need additional facilities such as a baby cot, high chair, extra bed, fan, or extra cleaning service? In most cases, you can request these during the booking process. If that option isn’t available, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist. We recommend arranging this in advance so everything is ready upon your arrival.

We also provide medical aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, or toilet seat risers. Please notify us in advance, and we’ll ensure they are available for your stay.

Pets

Not all accommodations allow pets. Please check in advance whether your dog is welcome in your chosen villa or apartment. Not sure? Contact us! In some cases, written permission is required. We are happy to help you find a pet-friendly holiday home.
